convenient location helpful staff large room
i found the location really convenient. parking was available right behind the hotel and that was a relief. the staff seemed genuinely helpful and polite, especially at reception and the room was very large and comfortable. the pools was nice and the bar was good.
the pool area was messy, tables was not cleared or cleaned.

beach access staff response nice bar comfy bed
the location was amazing with a short walk to the beach. the staff were very quick with responses and helped return my hotel. the bar had a nice environment. the bed was very comfy and clean and i liked the indoor pool. the food in the restaurant was yummy and good value.
the price for parking was a little high and it would be nice to have a discounted rate when staying at the hotel.

The location was fantastic, offering easy access to nearby attractions. My room provided amazing views that added an extra touch of magic. The staff was helpful . i appreciated their help.
The decor felt slightly dated in some areas (but that just adds to the charm, right?).

The staff was always lovely and friendly, especially Josephine and Patricia at the reception desk. I found the staff to be helpful and they responded quickly to any issues i had. I felt very welcomed and supported during my time.
